Any cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to the event date. Any time after that and the deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us for any cancellations or rescheduling purposes.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly vacuumed, cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Our trained delivery crew will arrive at the provided event address to deliver and set up the rental equipment for your event! If payment has not already been received, the crew will take it during delivery. Please be ready for your event as these weekends are very time sensitive! 

When booking, please provide the exact time your event starts and ends, not the time you would prefer your event to be delivered or picked up. Please keep in mind that we have different locations to deliver to and different events/customers we need to service, and the delivery schedule is always made with careful consideration to all customers. We will contact you with a delivery time that works best for our delivery schedule and confirm if it works for you as well. If there are special circumstances in which you need a specific delivery time or pick up time, please contact us and we can help! Please note that all equipment and time slots are subject to availability, and all quotes are subject to staff approval as well. 

We provide the basic necessities for each rental. For example, we provide the blower to inflate the inflatable or balls for inflatable games. Under no circumstances or at any time are customers able to pick up the equipment themselves, tamper with them, or physically relocate rentals that the delivery crew has already set up and secured.

At pick up time it may be dark, please provide our crew with enough lighting to perform their duties. Please keep the inflatables plugged in and inflated to allow the crew to perform a quick inspection and quick clean before they pack everything up and return home.

Yes, we do! We are approved vendors in the city of Vallejo and city of Benicia and only service select parks in those cities. We charge a park fee of $70 due to the complexity and high priority of park events. You must rent a generator in order to power the bounce house; it will comfortably run for a maximum of 6 hours. We do not do park pickups past 6pm. Payment is due the day before we deliver for your event. If we do not have payment, we cannot set up. For more details or questions, please contact us!

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. Some inflatable rentals may require a dirt fee or sandbag fee, please contact us for further information.
