These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MonkeyBouncerz website, products, rental equipment, services, communications, and SMS/MMS messaging program.
MonkeyBouncerz LLC, doing business as MonkeyBouncerz and/or Jump Jump and Away (“MonkeyBouncerz,” “Jump Jump and Away,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides party rental equipment and related services.
By using our website, submitting a quote request, making a reservation, booking rental equipment or services, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website and Services
MonkeyBouncerz provides party rental equipment and related event services, which may include bounce houses, water slides, inflatable games, tables, chairs, tents, temporary fencing, foam parties, and other rental equipment or services.
Availability, pricing, delivery areas, setup requirements, rental periods, and service terms may vary.
Submitting a quote request does not necessarily guarantee equipment availability or confirm a reservation. A reservation is not final until all applicable booking requirements have been completed and the reservation has been accepted and confirmed by MonkeyBouncerz.
2. Customer Information
You agree to provide complete and accurate information when requesting a quote or making a reservation, including your:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Event address
- Event date and time
- Surface type
- Delivery information
- Other information reasonably required to provide the requested services
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges, delays, inability to complete setup, or cancellation of services.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
Quotes and displayed prices may be subject to equipment availability, delivery location, event conditions, taxes, fees, optional services, and other applicable charges.
Prices and availability may change before a reservation is confirmed.
Promotional offers, discounts, coupons, and special pricing may be subject to separate restrictions and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
4. Reservations and Payments
Customers may be required to pay a deposit, reservation fee, balance, or other applicable charges according to the terms presented during the booking process.
Payment requirements and accepted payment methods may vary.
Additional charges may apply for circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect event or delivery information
- Additional delivery requirements
- Difficult or restricted access
- Park deliveries
- Generator rentals
- Special setup requirements
- Additional labor
- Extended rental periods
- Damage beyond normal use
- Missing equipment
- Cleaning beyond normal use
- Other services requested by the customer
5. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup
Customers must provide accurate event times and understand that delivery and setup may occur before the actual event start time.
Delivery and pickup times may vary based on scheduling, traffic, weather, route planning, access conditions, and other operational factors.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the setup location.
MonkeyBouncerz may refuse or discontinue setup or service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, unlawful, materially different from the information provided, or likely to damage equipment or property.
6. Event Location and Surface Conditions
Customers must accurately identify the event location and setup surface.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required property-owner permission, permits, park approvals, or other authorizations.
Additional requirements or charges may apply to parks, public spaces, restricted locations, difficult-access areas, and locations requiring generators or special equipment.
7. Equipment Use and Customer Responsibility
Customers agree to use rental equipment safely and only for its intended purpose.
Customers are responsible for following all safety rules, operating instructions, capacity limits, supervision requirements, and other instructions provided by MonkeyBouncerz.
Customers may be responsible for loss, theft, intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized movement, prohibited substances, or other damage not covered by any applicable damage-waiver plan.
Specific rental rules and responsibilities may also be included in a separate rental agreement, invoice, reservation confirmation, or equipment-specific instructions. If those terms conflict with these general website Terms, the more specific rental terms will control for that rental.
8. Weather and Safety
Outdoor events and inflatable rentals may be affected by rain, wind, storms, extreme temperatures, poor air quality, unsafe ground conditions, or other weather and safety concerns.
MonkeyBouncerz reserves the right to delay, modify, refuse, discontinue, or cancel setup or use of equipment when reasonably necessary for safety or to protect people, property, or equipment.
Any weather-related cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or credit is subject to the applicable reservation and rental policies.
9. SMS/MMS TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
Program Name
The SMS/MMS messaging program is operated by MonkeyBouncerz LLC, doing business as MonkeyBouncerz and/or Jump Jump and Away.
Program Description
Customers who voluntarily opt in may receive text messages regarding:
- Quote requests
- Reservations and bookings
- Event details
- Delivery and pickup information
- Scheduling
- Payment or account information
- Customer service
- Other service-related communications
Messages are sent only to phone numbers provided by customers in connection with their interactions with MonkeyBouncerz.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our quote or booking form, you consent to receive text messages from MonkeyBouncerz at the mobile phone number you provide.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
The SMS consent checkbox is optional. You may request a quote or purchase services without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your quote request, reservation, event, delivery, pickup, customer service needs, and interactions with MonkeyBouncerz.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you reply STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from the applicable messaging program unless you opt in again.

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact MonkeyBouncerz using the contact information listed at the end of these Terms.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information, is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Email and Other Communications
If you provide an email address or other contact information, we may use it to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, manage reservations, send service-related information, and communicate about your relationship with MonkeyBouncerz.
Where required by law, marketing communications will be sent subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

The MonkeyBouncerz website and its content, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, branding, and other materials owned by MonkeyBouncerz, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without authorization, except as permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, misuse of rental equipment, or violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any separate written agreement between the customer and MonkeyBouncerz.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date.
